Sketchbook containing sketches in graphite and watercolour, including a sketch of Miriam Rothschild sitting with a dog that was probably a study for the final painting 'Portrait of Miriam Rothschild', 1968. Also shows sketches of abstracted shapes, one of them ressembling a boat at sea, a sketch of a tree as well as some handwritten's note appearing to be names with phone numbers.
