Sketchbook containing sketches and studies in graphite on paper. Including a study for Henriette von Motesiczky reclining in bed probably for the painting 'Mother with Straw', 1962, or 'From Night into Day (Von der Nacht in den Tag)', 1975. It also includes various sketches of portraits, including a few of Henriette von Motesiczky, various still life with flowers in vases, often set within frames, some abstracted landscapes and lastly some figures in various positions.
