This page contains three or four separate profiles of buildings, executed with the sketchbook held in different positions. Towards the top is a dome flanked by two towers, a building that bears a slight resemblance to the Church of Santa Maria Assunta in Genoa. To the left and below appear to be sections of coastal ramparts, possibly also in Genoa. An upside-down travel note, perhaps from a guidebook or personal advice, runs along the bottom of the page, which is partly illegible but appears to read ‘Vali Camatiri into Tern[...] Rd to Rome Pelego o | 25 miles 1, Pont al Serva’.
