This sketch appears on the verso of D20551 (CCXXIV 235). To the left is a tall building with a pitched roof; stretching out to the right of this is a long bridge with numerous arches. The outlines of buildings are just about discernible running along the ridge of the hill in the distance.

Technical notes:
This sketch appears on one half of a large sheet bisected by the faint line of a fold; this half measures 140 x 192mm. The other half is blank and unaccessioned. There is discolouration along the top right corner of the sheet.
