The two drawings on this page show the rocky banks of the Firth of Forth. At the top is a view across the water to the far shore with what may be the fortified island of Inchgarvie, making the harbour beyond North or South Queensferry. At the bottom of the page is a slight sketch of cliffs, presumably on the banks of the Forth. Both sketches continue slightly on folio 12 (D13471).
