With the page turned horizontally, the Great Mew Stone is seen to the south-east, beyond Plymouth Sound and Wembury Point, from Mount Edgcumbe (probably at Ravenness Point). A view to the north-east from here or nearby appears on folio 25 recto (D09242), with another view of the Mew Stone on folio 24 recto (D09241).
The subjects as far as folio 127 recto (D09358) are all identified or presumed sites within a few miles in and around Plymouth, suggesting a series of fairly short excursions.
