The subject, drawn with the page turned horizontally, is discussed under the related view on folio 1 recto (D10775); both show the east side of Southwark Bridge under construction. Here the view is effectively head on, as in an architectural elevation;1 there is a slight continuation of the northern arch, truncated on the right here, on folio 1 verso (D10776).
