Continued from folio 6 verso (Tate D24511; Turner Bequest CCLVIII 6a), at the left of the page is a view of Rouen made from the south bank of the Seine. The spire at the centre of the page is probably that of St Ouen. At the right of the page, drawn with the sketchbook turned to the left, is a sketch of the Château de Dieppe as seen from below to the south (see folio 4: Tate D24506; Turner Bequest CCLVIII 4).
