For a concordance of the interleaved pages and a general description of the British Itinerary, see the introduction to the sketchbook. As mentioned there, Turner’s copy is similar to an undated example in the British Library, dated in its catalogue to about 1810, which differs in various minor ways from the dated 1799 (and presumed first) edition.
