These plans and dimensions are presumably for Sandycombe Lodge, Turner’s new house at Twickenham; see Introduction to the sketchbook and note to folio 13 (D07872). If the torn leaf, folio 20a verso (D40811), is laid over this one, these outlines join others to form complete rectangles.
