Numbered by Finberg as folio 72 of this sketchbook, this has since been rebound as folio 21. Here, a rowing boat is seen approaching a single-masted sailing vessel and a three-masted ship is glimpsed in the right distance. Turner has also given quick indications of a cloudy sky. An offset of the rowing boat appears on folio 20 verso of this book (see under D04268).
