This page features two rough outlines of coastal cliffs dotted with buildings and trees, which are inverted relative to the sketchbook’s foliation. Both studies appear to extend onto folio 12 verso opposite (D21874). They possibly depict Dover, a subject tentatively proposed by Finberg in his 1909 Inventory of the Bequest for folio 12 recto (D21873).1
