We are grateful to Dr Sarah Turner for her work on this In Focus project, which she was able to undertake as part of the University of York’s partnership with Tate. We are also especially thankful for S.J. Fowler’s contribution ‘Nine Poems for Nine Copy Casts. A Tenth for the Original’, which offers the insights of a poet and a wrestler into Gaudier-Brzeska’s plaster relief.
