Description
Could be one the earliest letters from Bucher to Lipchitz, she addresses him in full, 'Cher Jacques Lipchitz' and not simply 'Cher Jacques', as later. She mentions Jean Lurcat, at whose desk she is writing this letter. She mentions 'Chareau family' as well and says that she is planning to make an exhibition [of Lipchitz's work] at the 'Tanner' [gallery] and proposes that Lipchitz participate. She asks for the address of Jean Cocteau as well, because she is planning to ask him to write an introduction to this exhibition.
