An organisation specialising in building 'Israelite temples' (architect-engineer Felix Ascher and architect-engineer Robert Friedman), based in Hamburg, thanks Lipchitz for his interest: 'Unfortunately, we cannot make use of your suggestions for the reason that in view of the currently tense economic situation in Germany, the implementation of your ideas is forbidden because of the costs'.
