- In his letter Marcel Hiver, director of the journal 'Le C.A.P.','pages d'art, de philosophie et de critique', in a very rude form request from Lipchitz a public apology. The circumstances of the case are unknown, but he adds: 'I am not Michel George Michel myself, and I have an honor to defend him'. He also adds: 'Please take yesterday's one as a slight warning'.
