- Signed by Jacques Lipchitz. Agreement says that the bronze statue 'Joy of Life' now at [Villa Noailles] St Bernard Hyeres was made by him for de Noailles and that it is and will be unique. The plaster model stays with Lipchitz, but if he decides to destroy it, he should let know de Noailles in case he would like to buy it as well.
