- Title
- Letter from Felicia Browne to Elizabeth Watson
- Date
- [April–May 1936]
- Description
- In this letter Browne refers to Elizabeth Watson as 'Young Sluggard' and tells her that she has been scrubbing floors whilst she [Watson] was still asleep. She suggests meeting at the Budokwai, a martial arts club in West London, and mentions that two assistant manageress's will join a Trade Union. It is unclear whether Browne means manageress's at the Budokwai or at the restaurant where she was working at this time.
