Along with other gossip, implies that Virginia Woolf's invitation to Dora Carrington to dinner is to find out about Bell's relationship with Grant and David 'Bunny' Garnett. Others mentioned include Clive, Julian and Quentin Bell, John Maynard Keynes, Lytton Strachey, Barbara Hiles, Faith and Hubert Douglas Henderson, John Tresidder Sheppard, Mabel Selwood and her partner Dick, and Florrie.
