She reports the failure of their play-reading group's staging of Racine's 'Bérénice' with puppets by Grant, and her meeting with Bunny Garnett gossiping about Ottoline Morrell. She makes arrangements for their stay in Eleanor House, where Henry Tonks has a studio nearby. Also mentions Roger Fry, Roald Kristian, Polly, and Adrian Stephen.
