- Letter from Vanessa Bell, Charleston, Firle, East Sussex, to Duncan Grant, asking him to retrieve from their London studio some Wedgwood pottery for Quentin to work on. She has been correcting proofs of the posthumous volume of Julian Bell's works, including the errors introduced by publisher John Lehmann. Also mentions Walter Higgens ('the Dolt'), John Maynard Keynes, Peter (?Morris), Puss the cat, R.C. Trevelyan ('Bob Trevy'), and Leonard and Virginia Woolf, the latter working on her biography of Roger Fry.
