The letter mostly concerns Clive Bell : his plans to establish a theatre of drama and ballet with Jeanne de Casalis, Dorothy Warren and Raymond Mortimer; his praise of her portrait of Lydia Lopokova at the London Group Spring exhibition; and his new pamphlet, 'On British freedom' (1923). Also mentions Quentin Bell, Mary and Jack Hutchinson, John Maynard Keynes, Theodore Komisarjevsky, Adrian and Karin Stephen, and Virginia Woolf.
