She speculates about Grant's relationship with Stephen Tomlin, frets about the exhibition of her paintings at the April 1923 London Group show, and gives Roger Fry's report about Edward Debenham and Boris Anrep's 'scheme'. Also mentions Angelica and Quentin Bell, Grace Germany, Dora Harland, Matthew Smith and Mrs Uppington ('Mrs Up').
