Description
[Translation/transcription]
25.X.52
Niuta darling, look I have to fly to Minneapolis Monday morning. It is quite unexpected and I shall miss you again because I do not return before spring from U.S.A. There was a little graphic show of my years from 1905-52 and my dear friend Dr. Josef Hodin forced me to allow it in spite of my need for anonymity in this peaceful country. He also gave a very interesting lecture which would need to be repeated before a larger auditory. The Institute of Contemporary Art where he reads it again 23. Nov. in London is too small indeed. Will you do something to improve the mental standard of your Sunday listeners which had been treated in the usual way last time. Whether the discussion of my show was an enlightenment, I leave it to you to judge. Any case Hodin could tell them something much more intelligent especially if it could be done in television as they are showing in discussing my work since years in the States. Quite unorthodox for England? But the 50 years are over in which we here are allowed to be behind the time! Keep well -
Love to you and auf Wiedersehen
Yours OK
