UNIQLO Tate Play is inviting visitors of all ages to explore how humans will live in the future and imagine a greener, fairer, wiser world. Based on a new programme from The House of Fairy Tales, The Great Imagining at The Tanks Studio at Tate Modern will have fun, interactive activities, performances and workshops for you to enjoy this half term.
From designing 3D sculptures made of seed, creating your own miniature version of the Wood Wide Web made of recycled and natural materials, to learning about wheat weaving, you’ll make and model using clay, string and more. For those joining on Thursday you’ll even get to draw with a very special guest: Clementine the bearded lizard and her friends!
Your creations will also be shown in our Power to Change programme in The Tanks Foyer and East Tank on the 30 - 31 Oct 2021. We can’t wait to see your futuristic ideas come to life.
