Owen Wall will demonstrate the techniques he uses to create bespoke tableware for restaurants around the UK, including the Level 9 Restaurant at Tate Modern.

Based in East London, Owen Wall has been creating bespoke tableware for the restaurant and catering business since 2002. Clients range from fine dining establishments such as The Fat Duck and Clove Club in London to larger businesses such as Zizzi, the Italian restaurant with locations around the UK.
