Seasonal Disturbances is set against a backdrop of ecological and emotional turbulence, and its poems are charged yet meditative explorations of nature, the city, and the self. Lyrical and inventive, these poems test classic and contemporary forms and aim to inspire an 'activism of the heart, where we connect to and express forces of renewal and love.' A Poetry Society Recommendation.
Karen will read from her work, followed by a Q & A and book signing.
