Grow your own plant! Pick up seeds and a sustainable plant pot and our expert Andrea Ku will let you know how to get growing! Inspired by our recent Radical Landscapes exhibition we encourage you to grow along with us during our temporary closure period. We’ll share information about how our gallery will be growing and developing once our transformation project begins.
You’ll also be able to find out about green spaces in Liverpool and discover where you can learn about how to develop your growing skills locally.
Art Monsters Talk: Lubaina Himid and Lauren Elkin

Make a statement! Participate in our workshop where you can make placards inspired by Bob and Roberta Smith's artwork All Schools should be Art Schools 2016 currently on display in the gallery. In Conversation: Torkwase Dyson and DJ Lynnée Denise

Artist Torkwase Dyson activates her sculptural installation Liquid A Place 2021 in an intimate collaborative performance with DJ Lynnée Denise. Through poetry, film and music the artists explore the music of the African diaspora within the context of social justice. This talk will be followed by a Q&A. Booking essential. Pick up a party bag
Take away a Tate Liverpool party bag with artist made prints and postcards. Among the artists contributing designs is 2006 Turner Prize nominee Mark Titchner who is celebrated for his exploration of words and language, Liverpool-based illustrator and artist Sumuyya Khader, and Manchester-based illustrator Joe O’Donnell.
Tate Liverpool is located on the Royal Albert Dock Liverpool. There is level access to the gallery through the main revolving doors and two side doors.
There are lifts to all floors of the gallery, or alternatively you can take the stairs.
- Toilets are located in the basement and on the first and second floors.
- A Changing Places toilet is located in the ground floor foyer.
- Ear defenders can be borrowed from the front desk.
