Whiskey Chow

Whiskey Chow is an artist, activist and Chinese drag king based in London. Chow’s practice explores political issues and related topics: from queer masculinity, problematizing the nation-state across geographic boundaries, to stereotypical projections of Chinese/Asian identity. Chow’s interdisciplinary work spans various mediums, including performance, moving image, installation, and experimental printmaking.

Sunil Manghani is Professor of Theory, Practice & Critique at Winchester School of Art, University of Southampton.

Tate Britain's step-free entrance is on Atterbury Street. It has automatic sliding doors and there is a ramp down to the entrance with central handrails.

There is a lift between the Lower and Main floors. Alternatively you can take the stairs.

• A Changing Places toilet is not currently available.
• Ear defenders can be borrowed from the ticket desk on the Lower floor.
• A quiet space is available.
