Don McCullin’s photographs have often appeared alongside a range of different texts, including magazine captions, news reports and gallery panels.
This special after hours tour of the McCullin exhibition focuses on the relationship between texts and images, and the complex political questions raised by writing about conflict photography.
The tour is led by Sam McGuire, Assistant Curator of Interpretation at Tate, and Christopher Griffin, Collection Research Manager at Tate.
This event has been provided by Tate Gallery on behalf of Tate Enterprises LTD.
