Urban Splash introduces New Islington, one of the developer’s ambitious urban regeneration projects. Following Will Alsop’s plan, the 30-acre site east of Manchester city centre comprises 1,700 new homes, a school, offices and retail and leisure spaces, built around a new canal and water park. The project includes schemes by FAT and other exciting architecture practices.
