This is a view of the Franciscan Church from the Weihburggasse, Vienna. The spire of St Stephen’s Cathedral can be seen in the background at right. ‘Carlo Theatre’, inscribed at bottom centre, refers to the demolished Carltheatre in Josefstadt.
