The principal view shows Hohensalzburg Fortress atop the Festungsberg at left, with Nonnberg Abbey at the bottom right of the hill. The Kapuzinerberg, fortified with a circuit wall, can be seen at right. Below is a detail of the Kapuzinerkloster, the Capuchin monastery on the Kapuzinerberg. Cloud formations are marked out in summary line.
