This is one part of panoramic view of Rotterdam, which is continued from Tate D32469; Turner Bequest CCCXXI 13a. It was taken from a southerly perspective and encompasses, from left to right, the Beurs or stock exchange (onion-domed building), the tower of St Lawrence’s Church behind the Kleine Draaibrug (bridge), the Mosseltrap (mussel market), and finally the entrance to Nieuwe Haven port.
