This view of Copenhagen was taken on the Christian IV Bridge. Knippelsbro Bridge is in the foreground and behind it, at centre, is the Stock Exchange building with its celebrated coiled spire. Holmens Church and the tower of St Nicholas’ Church are in the middle distance at right.
