Here Turner and possibly two other contributors have inscribed phrases in German and English, which continue on the folio opposite (Tate D30296; Turner Bequest CCCI 1). They are transcribed thus:

Can ich platz neem
[...] verda ich [...]
Can ich [...] Engang
Can ich danin gehen
Dahin
[...] glass of WW [...]
Chaudeau
M[...] al[...]
[...]’
Similar phrases can be found on Tate D30373, D30888–D30889, D31020–D31026, D41212; Turner Bequest CCCI 40a, CCCVI 1–1a, CCCVII 1–4. These presumably would have been of great use to Turner as he travelled around Prussia.
