An outline sketch, presumably made at the same time as the sequence of drawings of Malmesbury at the beginning of the contemporary Hereford Court sketchbook, this is apparently a paraphrase of the view on Tate D01259 (Turner Bequest XXXVIII 10) in that book.
The subject is continued on folio 6 recto opposite (D01471).
