‘Sublime: Late at Tate’, 6 February 2009, Tate Britain
As part of Late at Tate, the arts organisation Cape Farewell and the Sublime Research project presented an evening of events debating and engaging with culture and climate change.
Speakers included the choreographer Siobhan Davies, the novelist Ian McEwan, the artist David Buckland, and the academic Philip Shaw discussing their experiences of the cold north and their artistic and philosophical responses to the Sublime, place and climate change.
