This is possibly the same building as the mill shown in the drawings on folios 18 verso–19 recto and 24 recto (D00283, D00284, D00291). The slight sketch is continued on folio 22 recto opposite (D00288).
Technical notes:
The double-page drawing was evidently made after Turner had torn out the two leaves immediately following the present page (see the introduction to the sketchbook).
