This is the right-hand part of double-page sketch continued from the facing page (D29234; Turner Bequest CCXCIV 11a) recording a view along a relatively straight stretch of road and flat valley floor, to a village and church spire to the left, with a large jagged mountain behind, possibly the Croix des Têtes.
