With the page turned vertically, the main subject, as Ian Warrell recognised,1 is the Collegiate Church of Notre-Dame and St-Laurent, Eu, seen from the south-east; for other views see under folio 21 verso (D35525).
Above is an unrelated view of an unidentified bay, presumably on a Channel coast, with the cliffs annotated as ‘Chalk’. See the sketchbook’s Introduction for the many coastal views scattered through it.

Technical notes:
There is some brown staining at the gutter, possibly indicating water damage in the 1928 Tate flood.
