The Untersberg and Staufen, two mountains bordering Salzburg, are depicted in the uppermost view.
Below is a view of Salzburg, taken from the south. Hohensalzburg Fortress dominates the city atop the Festungsberg at left, with the city at its foot and the Kapuzinerberg at right. The tower of Stift Nonnberg is visible to the bottom right of the Fortress, with the dome of the Cathedral and the Müllner Kirche to its right in turn.
