This drawing was used as the basis for a finished watercolour, North Porch of Salisbury Cathedral (Salisbury and South Wiltshire Museum),1 executed for Sir Richard Colt Hoare (1758–1838) and exhibited at the Royal Academy in 1797 (517). See also folios 16 recto and 19 recto (D00423, D00426).
