This sheet was previously bound between folios 38 and 39 recto (D00253, D00254). Turner made three further drawings of Lichfield on loose sheets (Tate D00363, D00365, D00366; Turner Bequest XXII J, L, M), and a finished watercolour based on the last of these is in a private collection (W 80).1
