A large and splendid but apparently unfinished watercolour adapted from this study is Tate D01101 (Turner Bequest XXXVI G). Further pencil studies of the interior are on folios 15 recto and 18 recto (D01013, D01016; Turner Bequest XXXV 10, 13).
