This looks like an addition, though it is hard to see how Turner reached 66, 6.6 or 6 and 6 from any combination of the numbers above (it is not certain whether ‘2–6’ means 26, 2.6 or 2 and 6). The calculation is either wrong (it should have been 64), or the numbers are not an addition.
