This is a continuation of the drawing on folio 6 verso opposite (D03288). For its general setting, see under folio 4 verso (D03284). Finberg identifies this subject as ‘Loch Long and Ben Arthur’, associating it, like folio 3 recto (D03281), with the ‘Scottish Pencil’ Tate D03382 (Turner Bequest LVIII 3),1 but the connection is not entirely clear.
