Nick Clarry

Nick Clarry is a Managing Partner at CVC Capital Partners, a global private equity firm, listed on EuroNext Amsterdam. Nick joined CVC in 2003 and is based in London, where he is responsible for the Sports, Media & Entertainment investment vertical.

As leader of the SME vertical for CVC, Nick has been involved in many large investments including Formula One, La Liga, Six Nations Rugby, Volleyball World, Gujurat Titans in the Indian Premier League, among others. CVC has a strong commitment to philanthropic work in its local communities around the world.

Nick serves on the CVC Foundation Philanthropy Committee and has also sought to provide philanthropic support to a number of organisations in London over the last 20 years, including The Old Vic, the British Film Institute and the Courtauld Institute among others. Nick has served as the Chair at The Old Vic Theatre since 2014, which is one of the leading not-for-profit theatres in the UK, working in the arts, education and the community. Nick holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
