This course will introduce you to Young Tate - the Gallery’s peer-led training and mentoring programme. Over two days you’ll learn a range of workshop skills designed to develop your leadership potential. Create your own workshop ideas inspired by the gallery’s amazing art collection and test them out on other people!

  • Build confidence and leadership skills
  • Learn how to create and run a workshop
  • Develop opportunities to work with other Young Tate Leaders, artists and Gallery staff
  • Meet new people and be creative

All that’s needed to take part is an open mind and a free weekend.

Please note this course involves very little practical art-making.

Places are free but limited. To reserve your place contact Michelle Freeman, Education Curator: Young Tate: michelle.freeman@tate.org.uk. or 0151 7027454
