As part of Folk on the Dock – a new music festival celebrating the impact of ships and crews on Liverpool’s musical landscape, as they passed through the famous Albert Dock – we’ll play host to headline act Henry Priestman and emerging talent Sam Winston.
Priestman, once a member of hit band The Christian’s, has enjoyed a successful career as a singer/songwriter. With 38 years in the music business, Priestman has re-invented himself releasing his first solo album in 2014.
A self-taught musician, Winston is a singer-songwriter with ‘Green’ ethics and has gone to extreme lengths to ensure his handmade acoustic guitar is environmentally friendly. His passion for folk-pop and acoustic instruments has resulted in the 2016 release of his debut album “The Fire & The Icicle”.
Locally sourced food will be served until 21.30 – menu includes vegetarian and gluten-free options – with drinks available throughout the night.
Don’t miss this late night music celebration!
